Business Travel and Event-Travel Support

Think globally. Travel intelligently. Consider the environment.

Alongside his environmental and circular-economy consultancy, Simon is a qualified travel agent, providing professional travel support for individuals, businesses and organisations through an appropriate travel-services platform.

With nearly ten years in travel-related roles and extensive worldwide travel, Simon understands that business travel must be practical, reliable, flexible and cost-conscious.

Support is expected to include:

• Business and professional travel arrangements
• Flights, accommodation and ground transport
• International and multi-destination itineraries
• Conference, meeting and professional-event travel
• Group and delegate coordination
• Travel planning for speakers, exhibitors and event teams
• More sustainable, lower-impact options where practical

Flights and Overland Travel

Arrangements can include flights, rail, local transport and multi-stage international itineraries built around professional commitments.

The aim is to help travellers arrive safely, efficiently and ready for work.

Hotels and Accommodation

Accommodation can be selected for location, budget, accessibility, comfort and proximity to events or transport connections.

On request, itineraries can include time for sightseeing, rest or personal travel after an event.

Conferences and Professional Events

Travel support can be provided for industry events, trade shows, conferences, workshops and professional meetings.

This may include arrangements for:

• Individual delegates
• Speakers and panellists
• Exhibitors
• Organising teams
• Professional groups
• International project teams

Supporting Environmental and Circular-Economy Events Worldwide

Simon is particularly interested in partnering with conferences and events relating to:

• Waste and resource management
• The circular economy
• Climate change and environmental protection
• Sustainability and international development
• Clean technology
• Professional education and capacity building

Event organisers seeking a travel partner for delegates, speakers, exhibitors or organising teams are invited to discuss arrangements with Simon.

His travel experience and approximately 30 years in the waste, resources and environmental sector provide an unusual understanding of professional travel needs and the communities these events serve.

Where practical, Simon will promote greener, more responsible choices that balance cost, time, convenience, reliability and environmental impact.
